How iT Works

Deliver iT

The customer sends a lead request via one of your online classified partners, OEM or group websites.

In real-time the lead hits iTrackLEADS and the structured follow up process starts.

Alerts are sent to each member of your sales team via an email with the customers lead details and request type attached.

Reminder alerts will continue to be sent after a pre-determined time until the lead has been responded to helping you achieve a 100% response rate.

Claim iT

It's now quickest to claim the lead that will lock it out from the other team members.

Once claimed if the salesperson does not respond to the lead within a pre-determined time you can set, it will be released and another alert sent to the team to say the lead is back up for grabs again.

Send iT

Every lead will be responded to with a professionally branded designed email from a suite of pre-configured email templates.

The salesperson has the option to personalise the email to relate to the customers request by editing the content and adding attachments e.g. pdf brochures, links to websites/videos, photographs etc.

Track iT

Once responded the lead is delivered into your lead management system and you can now start to Track iT.

Each key status is fed back and reported in the contact history section:

- Customer read response email

- Customer downloaded the pdf brochure

- Enquiry created

- Customer appointed

- Test drive taken

- Offer presented

- Offer accepted

- Vehicle delivered

Monitor iT

Our comprehensive suite of reports allows you to monitor all activity on every digital lead.

The dashboard gives you a single view of your teams performance on the lead journey. Response times, appointment and order conversions are clearly displayed with the option to drill down into each section.

Trending reports feeds back important information on how the business is performing over a selected period of time.
